Maori Rock Art Centre, Timaru
Story Inc has been engaged by the Ngai Tahu Maori Rock Art Trust to design and develop the content for a new interactive rock art visitor centre in Timaru. The centre will showcase the extraordinary art and explore the lives of its creators – the first artists who, about eight centuries ago, explored the forests and hills of New Zealand’s South Island – the last major landmass on earth to be discovered by humans.
